Bidders’ Resource, Inc. is a Florida-based company whose goal is to provide
quality bid opportunities to current and potential government contractors at an
affordable cost. Having been involved in government contracting from the vantage point of a contractor since 1992, we know what contractors want, as well as where other bid sources come up short.
Not only will Bidders' resource notify you of opportunities meeting your firm’s criteria, it also gives you other tools for success, such as a database of government contract pricing history we’ve been building since 1994. If we don’t presently have the pricing information in which you’re interested, we can request it on your behalf via a simple and quick “functional request”, or, when necessary, through our knowledge of the requisite legal channels of the Freedom of Information Act. Many companies prefer having an independent party make these requests on their behalf.
Other resources available to our clients include costing and technical proposal preparation assistance, as well as information regarding various types of surety bonds, state licensing and taxes, insurance, collective bargaining agreements, etc.
